Many of us are at an age where we take one of more medications daily. Often on forms for dentist, eye doctors, etc., we are asked to list those medications. This is something that can help with filling out those forms as to the name and dosage. It is also a great thing to carry in your wallet for emergencies to let someone know that we have medical issues, i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and the list goes on.
