Valley Bible Church Halloween Outreach

At Halloween, our church reaches out to the City of Pacific, Washington by having a warming station. We hand out candy to the kids, and have cocoa, coffee and hot dogs for everyone! It is a fun evening while we share who we are in the community. Our goal is to reach the city of Pacific with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Thankful to the faithful servants that show up to help and for each family that came by and got their goodies which also included information about our church and a gospel tract.

This little guy had a hard time trying to put the mustard on his hot dog. We did help him.

This is actually my hubby getting his hot dog ready!

Ladies Night Out!

We have a great time of fellowship with our Valley Bible Church Ladies Night Out. September was no exception! We shared a wonderful dinner at Brank's BBQ in Sumner Washington. There were 16 of us ladies. Loved the pumpkins that we made ahead of time and gave to each lady. Then I painted 3 jars and gave them as door prizes! Fun night. Laughter and good fellowship!

Chicken Parm Casserole

Made this for dinner last night. I put it over spaghetti squash and it was delish! Would definitely make again! I love mayo but I used half mayo and half greek yogurt.

Taco Casserole with a Surprise Crust! - CentsLess Deals

INGREDIENTS

1 lb ground beef cooked and crumbled
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cups Doritos crushed
8 oz cream cheese room temp
1/2 cup salsa
2 cups cheddar cheese shredded and divided
2 cups shredded lettuce
2 tomatoes diced

INSTRUCTIONS

Grease a 9x13 baking dish and add the crushed Doritos to the bottom of the pan.

Cook ground beef and add taco seasoning as directed on the package.

Spoon ground beef onto the crushed doritos.

In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, slowly add in salsa. Once thoroughly mixed, top ground beef with cream cheese mixture.

Top with 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes, or until hot & bubbly.

Top cheese with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
