This sounds like something interesting for a change. I've never had chipotle, but am curius about it. How would you describe the taste?

Oh wow...this sounds amazing! I can see why you are always asked for your recipe. I am bookmarking this right now so I can come back...I have a roast in the freezer and was looking for a new way to prepare it, so this is perfect! Thank you!

If you don't have all those ingredients, another quick one is just pour a jar of either peach/mango salsa or regular salsa in with the meat. I do this often, and use the meat in burritos and enchiladas. Mmm. I am getting hungry!
