Menu Planning Monday

I don't know where time goes! I actually sat down this weekend and planned almost all the rest of the month menu. :)

Here is what is on the table this week:

Monday: Runza Casserole. (we didn't get to have it last week)
Tuesday: Chicken Pumpkin Corn Chowder with corn bread
Wednesday: Reuben Mac N Cheese (Rachel Ray recipe) edited to add: We liked this. I think next time I would add some caraway to the actual casserole. I don't think the rye bread that I picked out was strong enough to give it that "reuben" omph!
Thursday: Crockpot Ground Beef Soup ( I didn't get to make this one either!)
Friday: Cheesey Italian Chicken Pie
Saturday: Calico Beans
Sunday: Salmon

I let Hud plan the menu. I figure if I let the kids plan, they'll eat it. I'm enjoying your craft room clean up! I still have to DO that.

Oh, yum! The chicken pumpkin corn chowder sounds scrumptious! I love calico beans, but alas I am the only one that likes beans in the house. Ugh! :(

Have a great MPM!!

Thanks for visiting my blog. Your menu sounds yummy--seems like it fits the weather you mentioned in a later post. We are still quite warm in GA!
By the way, love your craft room. Look back at earlier post to see my sewing room. I should have participated in craft room organizing! I am just too time starved right now!
