Zesty Parmesan Corn

I have to share this and want a place to keep it. This is from friends cllw and Jolene from the TOH board. I am printing this as Linda reviewed it. This looks so yummy!!!

Zesty Parmesan Corn

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
4 hot cooked ears of corn
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo Real Mayonnaise -- (used butter)
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
fresh lime wedges -- omitted

SPREAD corn evenly with mayo.
SPRINKLE each with 1 Tbsp. cheese.
SQUEEZE 1 lime wedge over each ear of corn.

How To Grill Corn on the Cob:
Remove silk from ears of corn; rewrap ears in husks. Soak corn in husks in enough water to completely cover at least 2 hours. Preheat grill to high heat. Grill corn 20 min. or until tender. Remove husks. Substitute butter or margarine for the mayo.

Linda's Notes:it was WONDERFUL! I left the husks on as I always do and soaked them a bit. Then slathered with the mayo, cheese and lime....YUM is all I can say. It was a nice light taste and a great variation to serving corn. (We had some BLTs and potato salad and was stuffed to our own ears! lol) This definitely goes in the keeper file~as we still have a few more weeks of corn to pick from the garden!

This looks so yummy! I'm missing corn fresh from the garden (or farmer's market) over here in Mozambique now!
